J. David-

So, you propose the way to viability is to run a tuition revenue driven liberal
arts college? One that doesn't offer financial aid to its students? To compete
in a market with other colleges that -can- offer to the student more then what
they're paying for, because they're able to 'add value' to their education
through the other revenue sources available?

I prefer the much more relevent question of: what have been the efforts and
successes of the chancellors and the board of this non-profit to strengthen the
other revenue sources that liberal arts colleges rely upon.
