"Keep Hope Alive" already has a context in Jesse Jackson's past presidential 
campaigns. I could be wrong, but was that not in his closing speech at the 1988
Democratic Convention?  


So, J. David Coldren, in what context did Jim Jaffe once, famously, reputedly 
say: "Keep Hope Alive?"
