[Alumni-chat] A new direction for Antioch College andAntiochUniversity

Does anyone on this chatline know how the Antioch Board of Trustees selects its new members?  Are there bylaws regarding selection?  If I remember correctly, the Alumni Board President may attend BoT meetings but is not a voting member, correct?
