think that any changes to the co-op program have to be thought out carefully.  One of the reasons my daughter chose Antioch was 1--curriculum (which was changed because of the possible closure) and 2--the co-op program.  I don't think this group of freshman had working in Starbucks in mind, with all due respect.

Dear Shelley, 

I hope your daughter finds co-ops that fulfill her Antiochian dreams.  There are some amazing co-ops to be had if you look carefully and apply early.  I was just throwing out ideas to help along a discussion that I found interesting -- brainstorming, if you will.  The one you fastened in on was one of a few others.
