Thanks.  It is great to finally get some concrete responses to the pressing financial issues facing the College.  It also would be great if the Alumni Board made more of its thinking and activities public on this Forum so that those not directly involved could feel more comfortable that progress is actually being made.  I have seen several postings which hint of both behind-the-scenes activities and public activities, but have seen nothing directly from the Alumni Board on what the current state-of-play is, which I for one find extremely frustrating.  Given that this is prime recruitment time for colleges and universities, I believe that "time is of the essence" in answering the key questions now, so that those of us willing to help and contribute funds, but unsure of what is going on, can feel comfortable with the process.  I call on the Alumni Board to give the rest of the alumni some idea of what is happening in a comprehensive fashion.
