Manning Marable.  he's from the dayton area, has spoken at antioch in
the last decade at least twice and is a powerful voice in american
higher education.  Inviting him to come speak would be a great first
step to getting him on our College Board (hint! hint!).

We persuaded Manning to come and participate on a panel for my investiture.  He still has family in Dayton, and likes Antioch.  He'd probably be amenable though it would cost some money.
