Yes- lawry has "left the building" so to speak.
Effective immediately Andzej Bloch is "Chief Operating
Officer", but not "acting" or "interim" president. He
is doing what the second-in-command does when the
first-in-command isn't there. 

That's about all that is known at the moment.
