[Alumni-chat] friday morning update

Today is gorgeous partly cloudy day in southern ohio.
the leaves are finally starting to turn...

There was confusion this morning over whether the 10am
meeting was open or not.. that issue still hasn't been
resolved. Later in the day yesterday as people were
leaving McGregor's AB follow-up, it was announced that
it was open...

None of the rest of the meetings for the day are open.
Zucker had his opened statement included in the
University's PR... essentially this is a day for
committee meetings of trustees. Each of the various
Trustees committees, to my understanding, has been
charged to examine the alumni board plan as it relates
to what that particular committee is- developement,
finance, academics, yadda yadda.. the full trustees
board will receive the reports tomorrow morning, most
probably prior to the vote.

Tonight is a town celebration of the College. The
Herndon will also be hosting the Photography Exhibit.
Also this afternoon is the SOPP/RDPP orientation.
