 Dear Friends, 
   
The decision regarding the future of Antioch College is of central
importance to the future of Yellow Springs. Those working so hard to keep
the College open ask that you and your friends do one or two of the simple
actions below to support this effort. Please forward this message to your
friends. 
  
1.Antioch Yard Signs (New Signs by the Alumni Board) : Put a free sign in
your yard signalling to the Antioch Board of Trustees, your support for
Antioch College. They can be picked up at Sam and Eddies or Unfinished
Creations. If you have friends or neighbors who will also put up a sign,
feel free to take 2 or 3 and distribute them. Get them up by October 23 if
at all possible, but definitely by Thursday, October 25. 
  
2.Antioch dinner: $6.00. Thursday, October 25, at 6pm at Antioch
Cafeteria: Take a break from cooking to join faculty, staff, students and
Alumni Board members. The gathering will celebrate the outpouring of
support for the college. RSVP to the alumni office at 769-1200. Please
come with your children, family members, friends. 
  
3.Antioch in Down Town! /The Listening Project - Kick Off during Art
Stroll : Sam & Eddie's Open Books Gallery. Friday, Ocotober19, 6-9pm. 
Come talk to Antioch students and give them your support and learn about
the current situation and more. 
  The Listening project is an evolving art project to explore the
interface between the college and the community: lead by Antioch College
Theater Department, LOUISE SMITH 
  and Ohio Arts Council's Artist in Residence, MIGIWA ORIMO 
  
4.Antioch Art Show Opening: Friday, October 26, 7-9 pm. 
  A Show of Photogrpahs by Dennie Eagleson and Antioch Students 1991-
Present. 
  Exhibition Dates: September 20- November 20, 2007
