Didn't someone post/state that we didn't have to like
them to work with them? Isn't working with them
progress, even though we acknowledge that we can't
stand them?

Up until june, the actual cycle was: college makes
progress, university screws the college; college makes
progress, university screws the college. Now the cycle
seems to be: college makes progress, university screws
the college, BoT steps in and says "no, really, we ARE
working with you"; repeat.
