[Alumni-chat] not admitting new students

Please check the college web site later this week (Admissions page)
...there WILL be updates on the admissions process.

I have seen the upcoming changes and they even involve the common app.
procedure.

Contact klpett at sbcglobal.net      she is an alumni board member who has
previously worked in the Admissions Office in the college and is helping
launch the

recruiting process.  Please help her if you think you can and don't
harrass her...alumni board memebrs have all worked their tails off.

And if you know anyone who knows anyone.....especially you know
who......please do a little persuading.

If we can get a good bumper crop of transfers that is a good start.

Jeez...remember even good ol' folks like Art Dole were transfers once upon
a time, eh.  He came out just right, eh?

Older and more seasoned transfers usually are good assets here....more
focused....

One hurdle atta time...first transfers....both of the student kind and the
pledge kind..  and then to the next hurdle.

In the end the victory will be collectively yours and Horace's.

You know what they used to say in the sixties and seventies depending on
which colonial culture you were studying.   "A luta continua" pr "La lucha
continua"

I would like a more autonomous college for Christmas........and have been
a very good boy.
