The governance committee of the board has been engaged in a
governance discussion, but I could almost guarantee that the sub
boards under their pre-revival would have been more "Boards of
Visitors" then what required for a healthy, vibrant College, and
what is requested by the Revival Resolution.

No, you're not. Commitment is not the Trustee's strong point.
