Just a quick note.
and an early Thanks for Thanksgiving..
I am always grateful to be here everyday in a place that I love.
and love to watch folks pass through and blossom...ah that river keeps
flowing..
A group of YS folk..including WSU (Wright State) faculty and Wittenberg
Faculty gathered at the stoop last night for a candlelight
vigil to lend "morale" support to all us anxious students, faculty and
staff...
It got off to a slow start but eventually thirty or so folks showed up on
the first winterlike evening. I felt like a popsicle
by the time I left. I guess its is finally time for a winter coat again.
brrrr
The channel 2 reporter interviewed about twenty folks and then chose two
snippets for the broadcast.
it is available on today's news in text and video form at WDTN.com
Of course, like all media, the newsfolk chose the angriest folk so I
didn't make it..I was more into
explaining how special co-op and study were...and how that makes us a rare
and important place...
another interview they didn't choose and I thought was interesting was a
Wright State professor who said
a large group of Wright State faculty have long admired Antioch and its
faculty and are fundraising to help
our faculty.
Thankful for everyone's support..I wish we had some of this during the
last thirty years.
Please and thank you.
and thank you and thanks some more.

P..S. Toni Dallas' dad was a Theater professor here for aeons so it was
meant for him to be in the spotlight.
