Uh, no. There are a lot of factors contributing to the
Commission's executive decision to change the
Curriculum, but primarily it was the interesection of
the 3rd year of stock-market crash related deficit
spending, expense cuts related to the unfunded
increase in student aid that started in 03, how that
was (mis)presented to the NCA during their visit, and
what the University felt needed to happen for the
NCA's re-visit. And yes, there is supporting
documented comments from executive officers that tie
the curriculum change to the NCA revisit.
