[Alumni-chat] 501 c3 status and sponsorship information

Tides has an excellent reputation.  Wasn't it established by Senator  Kerry's 
wife as a means of helping non-profits get off the ground?  I  believe it 
gets Heinz support, and works in the education and environmental  fields.
