THEY own it. They are the officers and directors of the corporation which changed its name from Antioch College to Antioch University in the late 1970s. 

There has only ever been one corporate body, since 1852. The college is trapped, or situated, or nestled within -- depending on one's viewpoint -- that corporate shell.
