It will be hard for some people to do that here, since they blame a certain person for 90 percent of what they see as failure at the college (or at the least see that person as the symbol for that perceived failure). And they blame, collectively, students attending in the last 20 years or so for the other 10 percent. 

These people will not be deterred, I'm afraid, and they've got a decade-long head start on you. But good luck trying.
