Will it appeal, and in doing so convince us that what they wish to do is to is push through the Guskin/Bassis/Murdock plan, aided and abetted by Zucker, to terminate Antioch College as a four-year progressive residential liberal-arts college?
Or will it then, having no more reason to hide the real financial information, collaborate with stakeholders to re-vision and rebuild the entire university system in a way which benefits the entire system?
The unspoken question is: Given the chance and the legal justification, could the assumed minority that couldn't prevent the false college-only exigency turn into a majority for working with the Alumni Board and dumping Murdock?
One suggestion -- as part of the agreement, the ULC and BoT are promised an end to civil actions. It may also take an agreement to not pursue any as-yet uncovered criminal actions taken by the Antioch University administration.
