A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing. Faculty standing is indisputable. They have privity of contract with the BoT. Standing is not going to be an issue.

Suggested topics for OFFLINE discussion: 1) Picking apart the faculty's attempt at an injunction. The faculty have hired qualified counsel to represent them in this attempt at an injunction.
