I guess I didn't understand your ambiguous answer to Jonah's very clear question.  The lawsuit was not settled in less than 100 days as you initally stated.  Rather the judge granted an injunction at 100 days.  I'll also note that 100 days is not "less than 100 days," as you said.   I think facts matter.  I know they matter in court.  So, I'll make a bet with you another time when you're not equivocating.
