Deb,
in the Zehner v Alexander case the judge granted an injunction at 100 days.
The injunction required that the college could only be closed with his
approval.
At that point the suit continued but was ultimately settled some months
later to the satisfaction of the plaintifss. the offending board members
resigned.
so... essentially the injunction is the suit. 100 days to temporary
injunction, possible wrangling afterworrds. take it or leave it
