Gerry, according to your answer to Jonah's question, "The last one of a similar nature took less than 100 days."  Jonah's question referred to a lawsuit.  Are you not referring to a lawsuit...rather to an injunction?  If so, your answer is incorrect.  If you are, the bet's on.  Please clarify.
