I can't stop laughing. /Especially/ because I'm from Chicago. 

And at his Tyron Farm development, you can "build a new house in the
country", where "homes range from $218,000 to $488,000."

I guess he'll be on Toni's board to provide advice on how to redevelop
sleepy rural areas into McMansion sprawl.

Also humorously, he's capping off a life of public service to Illinois by
encouraging people to live in Indiana. Rural Indiana, far from Illinois' and
north-west Indiana's crime problems.
