If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I'll try to figure out where I might of said such a thing and where I might have gotten that impression. If I can, I'll personally correct it. But I don't remember writing that, honestly. But if I did say that and it is wrong, I regret the error. 

I don't claim to know much about AIF but I do know what it intended to do, and appreciated that there was a "plan B."
